About Me
I’ve been a practicing Massage Therapist since 2005 when, with a young family and the need for a flexible career, I retrained, under Premier, to be a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. Although initially focusing more on the PT side, I took an increasing interest in remedial massage and injury rehabilitation and in 2014 gained a BTEC Level 5 qualification in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy. Since then I have continued to add to my skills and education with yearly CPD including courses in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Oncology Massage, Nutrition, Hot Stone Massage Therapy and Kineseology Taping. I have been a member of the Sports Massage Association since 2014, and am also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Since 2015 I have been the resident Sports Massage Therapist at Physiocentric Physiotherapists in Wimbledon Village, where I work with a multi-discipline team to treat patients and help them regain health and return to normal activity. In addition, I have a clinic with Physiocentric in Hinchley Wood.
The core element of my business, however, is with private patients who I treat in the comfort and privacy of their own home. Travelling to you means you don't have the inconvenience and stress of getting to a clinic and finding suitable parking, freeing up more of your time.
I strive to both treat and educate my patients, enabling them to live healthier lives.
