Terms and Conditions

1.    Treatment times

Treatments will be for the allotted period of time - 30, 45, 60 or 75 minutes.  If you require a longer treatment once it has commenced, this will be at my discretion depending on time availability.

2.    Payment

Treatments are charged at £45 for 30 mins, £55 for 45 minutes, £70 for an hour and £85 for 75 minutes.  Payment is to be made at the time of treatment in cash or by bank transfer within 24 hours.

3.    Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.  If an appointment is cancelled within 5 hours, or I arrive to find you are not in, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.  If, for whatever reason, I have to cancel the appointment I will advise you as soon as possible and reschedule.

4.    Inability to treat a client

I will refuse or terminate treatment if any of the following apply:

    •    misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments

    •    broken skin or lesions

    •    infectious conditions

    •    any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of booking

    •    intoxication

You will be liable for full payment of scheduled service.
